Processing Time

Delivery Time
Depending on the destination distance , the courier company will deliver your order within 1–3 business days.
For certain rural areas or villages, courier services may only deliver once a week.
In such cases, if delivery cannot be completed, the courier company will leave a notification at your address. Since a second delivery attempt will not be made, you will need to collect your package from the nearest branch.

Out of Stock Policy
As lilyart.com.tr is an online shopping platform where multiple users shop simultaneously, in rare cases, more than one customer may purchase the same product at the same time, resulting in stock depletion.
If you have made an online payment for an item that is out of stock:
The waiting period is minimum 4 (four) days and maximum 30 (thirty) days.
If the product cannot be delivered within this period, your payment will be fully refunded.
